a. Consider Ordinance 2026-20 - LLR (previously LDR) Zone and Standards - Allowing for larger lots by removing the lot maximum size and raising the minimum lot size to 9,000 sq ft.
b. Consider Ordinance 2026-24 - Caretaker Residences in P/I
c. Consider Ordinance 2026-26 - P/I Zones only in new annexations
d. Consider Ordinance 2026-30 - A 180-day moratorium on new Land Use Applications pursuant to Utah Code ยง10-20-504.
