CONSENT APPROVAL - of Planning Commission meeting minutes from September 9, 2026. 3. DISCUSSION/ACTION/RECOMMEND - to grant Preliminary / Final site plan amendment for Lot #1 of the Harrisville Retail Subdivision, located at approximately 534 North Harrisville Road. 4. DISCUSSION on Land Use Code edits to Replace R-5-6 and R-3. 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS - (3 minute maximum) 6. COMMISSION/STAFF FOLLOW-UP 7. ADJOURN Certificate of Posting and Notice I, the Deputy Recorder of Harrisville City, Utah, certify that the foregoing Planning Commission agenda was posted according to UCA ยง52-4-103(7) and can be found at City Hall, on the City's website www.harrisvillecity.gov, and at the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov. Audio of this meeting can be found on the city's YouTube channel of @HarrisvilleCity1962 and at the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov. Notice of this meeting has also been duly provided as required by law.
