- Wednesday, May 17, 2023 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. May 3, 2023 2. Conditional Use A. 1150 EAST VERIZON UPGRADE 2022. The proposal involves modifications to an existing wireless tower located at 617 South 1150 East. B. CANYON ROAD VERIZON CELL TOWER REPLACEMENT. The proposal involves replacement and modifications to an existing wireless tower located at 2487 East Canyon Road. 3. Concept Review A. WARNER CONCEPT. B. SF REC CENTER CONCEPT. 4. General Plan A. TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN AMENDMENT (23.01 TMP). The proposal involves revisions to the Transportation Master Plan. 5. Construction Standards A. CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS REVISIONS (22.04). Proposed amendments of the Construction Standards. 6. Discussion 7. Adjourn
