- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold a Special Council Meeting on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 6:00 pm, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah. The agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 pm SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING. 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 2. ROLL CALL. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS. 1. The Liquor Ladies application for a Business License and Local Consent to operate a Liquor Store at 285 W. Main St., Suite C, Eureka, Utah. 2. Review and approval of additional work needed in the repairs of Eureka City's Water Booster Pumps #1 & #3 - Executive Order No. 2026-09-29. ADJOURNMENT. DATED THIS 5th DAY OF OCTOBER 2026 Patricia Bigler CITY RECORDER In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the Eureka City Office at 435-433-6915 at least three working days prior to the meeting.
