Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold a Special Council Meeting on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 6:00 pm, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah.
The agenda shall be as follows:

DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS.
1. The Liquor Ladies application for a Business License and Local Consent to operate a Liquor Store at 285 W. Main St., Suite C, Eureka, Utah.
2. Review and approval of additional work needed in the repairs of Eureka City's Water Booster Pumps #1 & #3 - Executive Order No. 2026-09-29.
