- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the County Council of Cache County, Utah will hold a SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING at 4:30 p.m. in the Cache County Historic Courthouse Council Chambers, 199 North Main Street, Logan, Utah 84321, on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. Council meetings are live streamed on the Cache County YouTube channel at: https://www.youtube.com/@cachecounty1996 ________________________________________ CACHE COUNTY COUNCIL AGENDA AMENDED SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING - 4:30 p.m. 1. Call To Order 2. Review and Approval of Agenda 3. Board of Equalization a. Decisions on 2026 Board of Equalization Recommendations (Batch Two) *Significant Adjustments UCA 59-2-1004(8) - Separate item on the agenda with property description if change at least 20% and $1,000,000 i. 01-079-0037 Large estate located in Paradise. Adjustment based on purchase price and percent complete. ii. 04-078-0014 Commercial building located at 1063 W 1400 N Logan. Adjustment based on 5.12 acres legally encumbered wetlands. iii. 05-144-0003 Vacant land located at 955 W 200 S Logan. Adjustment based on comparables and equity. - Dianna Schaeffer, Cache County Tax Administrator 4. Receipt and Review of the Cache Fire Protection District Proposed Budget and of Acknowledgement That It Exceed the Certified Tax Rate 5.
