ii. 04-078-0014 Commercial building located at 1063 W 1400 N Logan. Adjustment based on 5.12 acres legally encumbered wetlands.
iii. 05-144-0003 Vacant land located at 955 W 200 S Logan. Adjustment based on comparables and equity.
