- GARDEN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICE & AGENDA The Garden City Planning Commission will hold a regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the Garden City Lakeview Building, located at 69 N. Paradise Parkway, Building C. ________________________________________ AGENDA 1. Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes a. Regular Meeting Minutes 3. Discussion/Approval - Preliminary Subdivision- Chatos Land Bear Lake The applicant is proposing a subdivision with 5 single-family lots on approximately 7.8 acres. Location: Parcel #41-29-000-0028 Applicant: Jason Thornock 4. Ordinance Discussion/Approval a. Ordinance #26-22 - An Ordinance amending exceptions to height limitations b. Ordinance #26-23 - An Ordinance amending section 11C-503 of the Garden City Municipal Code regarding temporary use permits for storage containers c. Ordinance #26-25 - An Ordinance updating architectural standards 5. Miscellaneous a. Architectural Standards Discussion 6. Adjournment The public is invited to attend the meeting, listen by phone, or give written comments. The conference phone number is #1-866-347-5097. There is a 2-minute limit on those commenting during the meeting.
