Conditional Use Permit: Consideration of a Conditional Use Permit to allow grading and rock removal for the future development of Skyline Drive and future streets for a residential development, located in the approximate area east of Highway 89 and north of Pleasant View Drive. - PUBLIC HEARING (Tammy Eveson) b. Preliminary Residential Subdivision: Consideration to approve a preliminary subdivision located at approximately 3950 N 225 W. (Presenter: Tammy Eveson) 4. Legislative Items a. Development Agreement: Consideration of and recommendation to City Council for approval of a development agreement for a residential subdivision consisting of 18 single family residential lots, located on 9.46 acres of land in the RE-20 zone at approximately 4058 N 1100 W. - PUBLIC HEARING (Presenter: Tammy Eveson) Adjournment Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a meeting at the City Office Building, 520 W Elberta Dr. on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
