- This meeting will not have a physical location; it will be held via Zoom and YouTube only. Approval of August 20, 2026, meeting minutes for the MIDA Board meeting. 2. Resolution 2026-21: A Resolution of the Military Installation Development Authority ('MIDA') Amending the Military Recreation Facility Project Area Development Standards and Guidelines Related to the Plane of Influence and Signage 3. Resolution 2026-22: A Resolution of the Military Installation Development Authority ('MIDA') Designating Individuals Authorized to Act on Behalf of MIDA with Respect to the Public Treasurers' Investment Fund ('PTIF') 4. Project Area Updates: - Falcon Hill - Mountain Veteran Program - Military Recreation Facility 5. Adjourn. The next scheduled meeting is October 20, 2026, at 9:00 am.
