- NOTICE AND AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Beaver County Waste Management Service District #5 of Beaver County, Utah will hold a meeting at 7:00 PM at the Milford Landfill, 7300 S 800 E, Milford, Utah for the purposes described below on Thursday, September 17, 2026. 1. CHAIRMAN'S WELCOME & CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call 2. CONSENT ISSUES a. Financial Reports b. Approval of Bills & Payroll c. Approval of Minutes 3. NEW BUSINESS a. Review of changes made to the Residential Solid Waste Collection Contract by Elevate Recycling & Disposal Services of Utah. 4. OLD BUSINESS a. None 5. RESOLUTIONS a. Resolution No. 2026-2 - Action to adopt Resolution No. 2026-2 increasing tipping fees at the Beaver County Landfill, effective October 1, 2026. 6. COMMENTS a. Employee reports & comments b. Board Member reports & comments 7. ADJOURNMENT Notice: The Board Members may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. **Board Members or the Chairman may participate in the public meeting electronically and/or telephonically.
