NOTICE AND AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Beaver County Waste Management Service District #5 of Beaver County, Utah will hold a meeting at 7:00 PM at the Milford Landfill, 7300 S 800 E, Milford, Utah for the purposes described below on Thursday, September 17, 2026.

a. Review of changes made to the Residential Solid Waste Collection Contract by Elevate Recycling & Disposal Services of Utah.

a. Resolution No. 2026-2 - Action to adopt Resolution No. 2026-2 increasing tipping fees at the Beaver County Landfill, effective October 1, 2026.
