- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kearns City Council will hold a meeting on the 14th day of September 2026 to begin at 6:00 p.m., in the North Ballroom of the Element Event Center, located at 5658 Cougar Ln., Kearns, Utah 84118 as follows: **Portions of the meeting may be closed for reasons allowed by statue. Motions relating to any of the items listed below, including final action, may be taken. PUBLIC MEETING 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. DETERMINE QUORUM 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - American Legion Post 132 4. VISITING OFFICIALS 5. UPD RECOGNITION PRESENTATION - Chief Levi Hughes 6. CITIZEN PUBLIC INPUT (Limited to 3 Minutes Per Person) Any person wishing to comment on any item not otherwise scheduled for a public hearing on this evening's agenda will need to enter the virtual Public Comment queue. All participants planning to speak, whether in person or virtually, must complete our quick and easy sign-up form at https://wkf.ms/44QBEzy. For those attending in person there will be a QR code to scan or physical comment cards when absolutely needed. Virtual Participants: You must still complete a digital comment card at https://wkf.ms/44QBEzy and follow the directions on the completion page to enter the virtual public comment queue. Public comment is limited to three (3) minutes per person. For those unable to attend in person or virtually, members of the public may submit public comments prior to the meeting for the City Council to consider.
