- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Oculta Roca Public Infrastructure District No. 2 Board of Trustees Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF OCULTA ROCA PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 2 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON SEPTEMBER 15, 2026, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 2:00 P.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on July 10, 2026 D. Action Items 1. Consider approval of Resolution 2026-05, CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF OCULTA ROCA PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 2 ESTABLISHING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED ASSESSMENT ORDINANCE AND NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT INTEREST FOR OCULTA ROCA ASSESSMENT AREA NO. 1 (THE 'ASSESSMENT AREA'); AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF ALL OTHER ACTIONS NECESSARY TO THE CONSUMMATION OF THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY THIS RESOLUTION; AND RELATED MATTERS.
