- CITY COUNCIL WORK MEETING September 16, 2026 5:30 P.M. The City Council meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at the City Office, 10 North Main Street. The City Council Chambers may be an anchor location for participation by electronic means. The agenda will consist of the following items: I. Call to Order II. Agenda Order Approval III. Administration Agenda - Mayor and Council Business - Staff Comments IV. Business Agenda Public 1. Care and Share - Current Services Levels and Mitigation Funding Status. James Jetton Staff 2. Consider appointment of Pam Branin, Tim Marriott, Craig Corry, and Cleave Weaver to Cedar City Cares Committee. Mayor Nelson 3. Consider Purchase of Roll Off Dumpster Truck in the amount of $218,005. Matt Baker/ Jeff Lennert 4. Public Hearing to consider a resolution approving budget amendments for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. Terri Marsh 5. Consider a resolution adopting the Cedar City Fund Balance and Reserve Policy. Terri Marsh Dated this 14th day of September 2026.
