- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA NORDIC VALLEY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT Board of Trustees Public Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF NORDIC VALLEY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON SEPTEMBER 14, 2026, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 11:00 A.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on July 13, 2026, and August 10, 2026 D. Action Items 1. Consider approval of the Infrastructure Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement between the District and Developer and authorize the District Chair to sign 2. Consider approval of the Administrative Funding and Reimbursement Agreement between the District and Developer and authorize the District Chair to sign 3. Consider approval of the Water and Sewer Systems Specifications 4. Consider approval of the Nordic Village Sewer and Water Rate Study 5. Consider approval to ratify the Accounting Agreement with Pinnacle Consulting Group 6. Consider approval of Resolution 2026-01, Annexation E. Closed Session 1. Closed Session to discuss pending litigation as allowed by Utah Code 52-4-205 F. Other Items From Board Members G.
