- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Planning Commission of Fairfield, Utah, shall hold a Public Hearing / Regular Session on September 8th, 2026, @ 7:00 P.M., at the Fairfield Town Office, 121 West Main Street, Fairfield, Utah. Agenda Call to Order Roll Call General public comment (2 minutes per person) PUBLIC HEARINGS A proposed text amendment related to conditional use permits. Staff review, presentation, and discussion of the proposed text amendment related to Conditional Use Permits. Open the Public Hearing. Receive public comment (two minutes per person). Close the Public Hearing. Planning Commission discussion and consideration. Consider making a recommendation to the Town Council regarding the proposed text amendment related to conditional use permits. Business Items 1. Consider approval of the September 2, 2026 Planning Commission Work Session Minutes. 2. Consider approval of the August 26, 2026 Planning Commission Minutes.
