Staff review, presentation, and discussion of the proposed text amendment related to Conditional Use Permits. Open the Public Hearing. Receive public comment (two minutes per person). Close the Public Hearing. Planning Commission discussion and consideration. Consider making a recommendation to the Town Council regarding the proposed text amendment related to conditional use permits. Business Items 1.
