Box 1611, Moab, UT 84532 Grand County Road Shed 3500 S Hwy 191 Moab, UT 84532 Agenda - August 11, 2026 General Session 1. Call to Order: 2. Approval of Minutes: June 19, 2025 3. Citizens to be heard: 4. Action Items: Spanish Valley Drive Multi Use Pathway. Estimated $3,800,000. County $350,000. TSSD to obligate $150,000. On hold 5. Expenditures: Patty Olson #021 $100.00 Smuin, Rich & Marsing Invoice 56233 $1,250.00 Utah Local Government Trust #1627698 $3,500.00 6. Income: YTD 2026 See attached Balance sheet and Profit and Loss sheet 7. Old Business: a. Old Business: a and b are the same project b. San Jose, Desert, East Bench, Watchman Trl, Sego to be Sand Seal Coated in September c. Continued discussion on FLAP grant for Castleton RD improvements d. Crescent Junction Frontage: Double Chip for short term maintenance repair e. Continued discussion on SITLA Beeman Cutoff RD. f. Sand Flats BUILD grant for paving, widening, and pathway along undetermined length of Sand Flats RD. g. SVD North from 4way to Resource Blvd.....shoulders and paving TAP awarded $300K GCRD $450K h. Holyoak Oak recap UDOT PS and E meeting Sept 15th .... TSSD $125K vs. SVD multi use path TSSD $150K are these 2 seperate projects or did we get confused on projects??? Clarification discussion i. Jackson Street $2,055,835 signed and awarded to Silver Spur construction j. SVD multiuse path UDOT finishing up ROW acquisition. Project is a go.... trying to complete funding sources k. SVD South Beeman to County Line.... Mill and Fill /Shoulder Widening Project 8. New Business/Items from Board &/or Bill Jackson: 9. Closed Session (if necessary): 10. Upcoming Items: Next Meeting: October 13, 2026 11.
