- Notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Cemetery District Board of Trustees will hold a REGULAR MEETING in room 133 of the Richins Building, 1885 Ute Blvd, Park City, UT 84098, on WEDNESDAY, September 2, 2026, at 9:00 AM. To participate in the meeting: Join Zoom: Meeting I.D.: 201 020 2426 Passcode: 010126 Agenda 1. Call to order and Roll Call. 2. Public comments on items not listed on the meeting agenda. 3. Condolences to family and friends of Colin Hilton. 4. Connector Road Update: Discussion leader: Pete Gillwald 5. Finance sub-committee: Clerk, William Oshinsky and Treasurer, Will Seggos: A. Request authorization to purchase an A.I. tool for the district at a cost of up to $2500 per year. B. Update: Contract with auditor has been executed. 6. Update with Sloan Consulting: Stephanie Sloan via Zoom. Topics for discussion include: *Market area and absorption rate *Breadth of services * Administration and operations options *Site amenities *Website suggestions 7. Review of 2026 Budget: Discussion leader: Vice Chair, Daniel Whitehurst (Exhibit 1) 8. Options for e-mail address servers. Advice from Ron Boyer. (Exhibit 2) 9.
