Consideration of a resolution 26-01 authorizing the issuance and sale of up to $10,000,000 of lease revenue bonds and providing for related matters. Presenter: Chief Maxfield 2. The Local Building Authority of North View Fire District, Utah, intends to issue lease revenue bonds in the estimated amount of up to $10,000,000 for the purpose of (a) financing certain costs of the acquisition, construction and improvement of a new fire station in the City of Harrisville, Utah, and related facilities (the 'Project'), (b) providing reserves, if necessary, (c) if desired providing capitalized interest to pay the portion of the interest accruing on such bonds during the acquisition, construction and improvement of the Project and (d) paying costs relating to the issuance and sale of the bonds. Adjournment Pursuant to the NVFD Electronic Meetings Policy adopted March 16, 2011, 1 or more trustees may participate electronically and the NVFD Station 21 315 E. 2550 N. North Ogden, Utah has been designated as the anchor location, where members of the public may monitor and, when appropriate, participate in the meeting. After notifying the District Clerk, Trustees may participate electronically by telephone, Skype, FaceTime, or any method that facilitates communication electronically. The North View Fire Board at its discretion may rearrange the order of any item (s) on the agenda. Final action may be taken on any item on this agenda. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation, (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting, should notify Nicole Roylance, District Clerk at 801-782-8159 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting
