Agenda
1. Consideration of a resolution 26-01 authorizing the issuance and sale of up to $10,000,000 of lease revenue bonds and providing for related matters. Presenter: Chief Maxfield
2. The Local Building Authority of North View Fire District, Utah, intends to issue lease revenue bonds in the estimated amount of up to $10,000,000 for the purpose of (a) financing certain costs of the acquisition, construction and improvement of a new fire station in the City of Harrisville, Utah, and related facilities (the 'Project'), (b) providing reserves, if necessary, (c) if desired providing capitalized interest to pay the portion of the interest accruing on such bonds during the acquisition, construction and improvement of the Project and (d) paying costs relating to the issuance and sale of the bonds.
