ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A. Call to order. B. Public Comment. C. Review and consider approval of minutes from the June 17, 2026, special board meeting (enclosure). D. Ratify approval of Annual Attestation of Statutory Compliance (enclosure). E. Ratify approval of adjusting insurance premium to reduce general liability limits from $5M to $2M. II. FINANCIAL MATTERS A. Review and ratify approval of previous claims (enclosure). B. Review and consider acceptance of June 30, 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements (enclosure). III. LEGAL MATTERS A. Review and consider approval of Procurement Policy (enclosure). IV. TRUSTEES' MATTERS V. MANAGERS' MATTERS A. Matters pertinent to the PID and associated actions/approvals. VI. OTHER BUSINESS VII. ADJOURNMENT [This notice to be posted at the District office, published on the Utah Public Notice Website at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.] CLOSED MEETING If Needed-The Board may temporarily recess the regular meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual (b) strategy sessions to discuss collective bargaining, (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, or to discuss a proposed development agreement, project proposal, or financing proposal related to the development of land owned by the state, (e) strategy sessions to discuss the sale of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, (f) discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems, (g) investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct as provided in Utah Code ยง 52-4-205
