- Notice of the Work Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR Tuesday, August 25, 2026 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the work meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, in the City Council Conference Room, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 5:45 PM for review of the agenda items listed below. COMMISSIONER TRAINING: Legal Foundations (30 min) PUBLIC MEETING 1. Kravat Nutrition - CONDITIONAL USE (5 min) 2. Layton Parke Estates Phase 2 Subdivision - 1st Amendment - PLAT AMENDMENT (6 min) PUBLIC HEARING 3. Pheasant View - REZONE (15 min) 4. Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit Standards - TEXT AMENDMENT (10 min) ADJOURNMENT
