- The North Logan City Council will hold a Truth-In-Taxation meeting on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan Library, 2525 North 600 East, North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. The public may participate in this Public Hearing by attending in person, or they may attend the meeting digitally (remotely) by using the following zoom link: Join Zoom Meeting https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81615809664?pwd=Nrot1bSQaWKSUmrjU6qf9MglTPKZmK.1 Meeting ID: 816 1580 9664 Passcode: 321117 Members of the public may also provide written comment any time before, and during the public hearing, by emailing Scott Bennett the City Recorder: recorder@northlogancity.gov The agenda is as follows: 1. Budget Officer Statement that the tentative budget includes a proposed property tax rate increase. 2. This is a separate item notifying the public that an executive officer or budget officer of the North Logan City taxing entity intends to state in the public meeting that the tentative budget includes a proposed property tax rate increase. 3. Consider Property Tax Impact Schedule that is separate from all other budget documents. 4. 6:35 PM Public Hearing to receive public input on a proposed FY2027 Municipal Budget that contains a proposed Property Tax increase to both the General Operations Property Tax Rate and the Library Operations Property Tax Rate. The City Council may consider approval of a resolution following the public hearing, adopting the official 2027 Fiscal Year Budget which may include a proposed Property Tax increase to both the General Operations Property Tax Rate and the Library Operations Property Tax Rate.
