- THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE GRANGER-HUNTER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Trustees that Granger-Hunter Improvement District will hold a Board Meeting at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at its main office located at 2888 South 3600 West, West Valley City, Utah. Trustees and members of the public are able to attend this meeting in person or electronically through www.ghid.gov. Agenda A. GENERAL 1. Call to order - Welcome - Report those present for the record 2. Public Comments 3. Consider approval of the July 28, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes 4. Discuss potential conflicts of interest B. OUR COMMUNITY 1. Water and System Master Plan Project Discussion 2. Review and discuss the 2027 Budget Parameters Document C. OUR TEAM 1. Proposed updates to the Administrative Policy and Procedures Manual - Section 8.3 Claims Against the District Not Covered by Insurance. D. OUR OPERATIONS 1. Department Highlights a. Administrative Services 2. Consider approval authorizing the General Manager to sign the 2026/2027 Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District Member Agency Water Conservation Funding Agreement. 3. Consider approval to grant Rocky Mountain Power a utility easement at the Watts Well No. 18 site to provide electric service for the 23L: Watts Well No. 18 Equipping Project. 4. Consider approval of a quitclaim deed at the Watts Well No. 18 site to Salt Lake County in connection with the 23L: Watts Well No. 18 Equipping Project. E. CLOSED SESSION 1. Strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. F. BOARD MEMBERS INPUT, REPORTS, FOLLOW-UP ITEMS OR QUESTIONS G. CALENDAR 1. The next board meeting will be September 8, 2026.
