- OPENING AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Prayer/Thought & Pledge of Allegiance - Commissioner Erickson - Approval of Minutes - from Planning Commission Meeting held November 16, 2022 INPUT/COORDINATION - No City Council Report - No CC meeting held since last PC Meeting - Next City Council Meeting - 7 PM tonight LEGISLATIVE ITEM CONSIDER GENERAL PLAN UPDATE The Planning Commission makes a recommendation to City Council on this item. REQUIRED ANNUAL TRAINING: - Each Planning Commissioner must complete 4 hours of annual land use training by December 31, 2022. One hour must be 'Powers and Duties'. All training must be documented annually. Attending 12 meetings in a calendar year count for one of the four hours (completed for Rachel, Mark and Derek). Please submit your training hours to Melinda Lee.
