- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kearns City Council will hold a meeting on the 21st day of July 2026 to begin at 6:00 p.m., on the 2nd Floor of the Element Event Center, located at 5658 Cougar Ln., Kearns, Utah 84118 as follows: **Portions of the meeting may be closed for reasons allowed by statue. Motions relating to any of the items listed below, including final action, may be taken. PUBLIC MEETING 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. DETERMINE QUORUM ORDER OF BUSINESS: 3. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS: A. Ordinance 2026-O-13, An Ordinance Amending the Total Maximum Compensation Package for the Kearns City Administrator Position Any person wishing to comment during the public hearing on this evening's agenda will need to fill out a Digital Comment Card. All participants planning to speak, whether in person or virtually, must complete our quick and easy form using the link below: https://forms.monday.com/forms/528b381a270b0c438251560a4a36983b?r=use1 **Virtual Participants: As soon as you submit your Digital Comment Card, a link will appear on the 'Thank You' screen for you to click and enter in the virtual public comment queue. You must click that link to join the queue and wait to be called. Please ensure both your camera and sound are on and ready to go while you wait to be called. Public comment is limited to three (3) minutes per person. 4. CLOSED SESSIONS IF NEEDED AS ALLOWED PURSUANT TO UTAH CODE §52-4-205 A. Discussion of the character, professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual B. Strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation C. Strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property D. Discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems; and/or E.
