- AGENDA FINANCE REPORT (15 min) Budget Summary as of July 31st, 2026 ACTION ITEMS 1) Approve May and June minutes 2) LEA license for the Music and Reading teachers 3) Determine participation in the mental health screening program Utah Code Section 53F-2-522 - Public Education Mental Health Screening requires each LEA governing board to submit a Record of Determination to the State Board indicating whether the LEA will be a participating LEA or a non-participating LEA for the 2026-2027 school year. A participating LEA is one that administers an approved mental health screening program in accordance with statute and rule. A non-participating LEA is one that does not administer an approved mental health screening program. 4) SHiNE Policy 5) Election of officers and approval of nominees Teacher Report Principal/School Operations Report NEXT MEETING: September 9, 2026
