- Agenda Town of Leeds Planning Commission Thursday, July 2, 2026 This meeting date has been rescheduled from Wednesday, July 1, 2026 Planning Commission Meeting date included on the Town's meeting schedule for 2026, adopted on December 10, 2025. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Leeds Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Leeds Town Hall, 218 N. Main Street, Leeds, UT 84746. If you are interested in participating remotely via Google Meets, please contact Town Hall at 435-879-2447 or email the clerk@leeds.utah.gov for Google Meets details. Regular Meeting 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Invocation 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Declaration of Abstentions or Conflicts 5. Approval of Agenda/Minutes: a. Approval of Tonight's Agenda of July 2, 2026 b. Review and Possible Approval of Meeting Minutes of June 3, 2026 6. Announcements a. Fourth of July Schedule: i. 7am 5k and Fun Run ii. 9am Breakfast in the Peach Pit Pavilion iii. 10:30am Parade on Valley Rd. iv. 1pm-3pm Museum Ice Cream Social in the Cosmopolitan b. Fifth of July i. Community Potluck 6:30pm in the Peach Pit Pavilion 7. Staff Reports 8. Discussion and Possible Action Items - a. Discussion and Possible Action on Conditional Use Permit for Full Throttle Dog Camp Commercial Dog Kennel tabled from the June 3, 2026, meeting. b. Update Wildland Urban Interface ('WUI') Code for the Town of Leeds Continued from June 3, 2026, meeting 9. Adjournment The Town of Leeds will provide reasonable accommodation for persons needing assistance to participate in this public meeting.
