- NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTRONIC MEETING CLOSED SESSION ONLY UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION JULY 30, 2026 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Utah Housing Corporation (UHC) will hold a Special Electronic Meeting, CLOSED SESSION ONLY, commencing at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 30, 2026. Trustees of UHC will participate via video conference originated by the President. Within the meanings accorded by Utah law, the Meeting shall be an Electronic Meeting, and the Anchor Location shall be the UHC Offices at 2479 South Lake Park Blvd., West Valley City, UT. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons requesting special accommodations during the meeting should notify UHC not less than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Administration of Oath of Office for Newly Appointed Trustees 2. Disclosure of Trustees' Interests 3.
