PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Utah Housing Corporation (UHC) will hold a Special Electronic Meeting, CLOSED SESSION ONLY, commencing at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 30, 2026.
Trustees of UHC will participate via video conference originated by the President. Within the meanings accorded by Utah law, the Meeting shall be an Electronic Meeting, and the Anchor Location shall be the UHC Offices at 2479 South Lake Park Blvd., West Valley City, UT. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons requesting special accommodations during the meeting should notify UHC not less than 24 hours prior to the meeting.

The agenda will be substantially as follows:
1. Administration of Oath of Office for Newly Appointed Trustees
2. Disclosure of Trustees' Interests
3. Closed Meeting for the purpose of discussing the character and professional competence of individuals.
4. Consideration and possible action to be taken regarding items discussed during the Closed Meeting
