Review and discuss proposed amendment to Willard City Code to define how far a drive approach on a corner must be from an intersection f. Review conditional use permit issued to Kenneth Braegger on February 5, 2016, for a home business/contractor located at approximately 55 South 100 East (Parcel No. 02-050-0074), previously reviewed on October 5, 2023) 6. Consideration and approval of regular Planning Commission minutes for July 16, 2026 7. Discussion regarding agenda items for the August 20, 2026, Planning Commission meeting 9.
