- 1) Welcome and Call Meeting to Order: Chair Richard Ellis 2) Oath of Office for Newly Appointed Advocacy Council Members: Administered by Treasurer Marlo Oaks a) Mark Waite, Appointed by SITFO Board of Trustees, Effective July 1, 2026 b) Dave Donegan, Appointed by TLA Board of Trustees, Effective July 1, 2026 3) Closed meeting: Discuss nominees for appointment to the Advocacy Council. The Committee may enter closed session pursuant to Utah Code ยง52-4-205(a) to discuss individuals to be appointed to serve on the Advocacy Council. 4) Action Item: Appoint two new members to the Advocacy Council in accordance with 53D-2-303(e) a) An individual with experience relevant to trust beneficiary issues b) An individual to represent the Institutional Beneficiaries 5) Adjourn
