may enter closed session pursuant to Utah Code ยง52-4-205(a) to discuss individuals to be
appointed to serve on the Advocacy Council.
4) Action Item: Appoint two new members to the Advocacy Council in accordance with
53D-2-303(e)
a) An individual with experience relevant to trust beneficiary issues
b) An individual to represent the Institutional Beneficiaries
