- COALVILLE CITY COUNCIL Monday, July 13, 2026, 6:00 P.M. COALVILLE CITY HALL 10 N MAIN STREET COALVILLE, UT 84017 1. Welcome A. Roll Call B. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Public Comment: The Public may address the Mayor and Council with any matter of City business not listed on the agenda or pending applications. 3. Healthy Utah Community Designation Tabitha Allred, Summit County Health Department 4. Review, Discussion, and Possible Approval: Granting Authorization to Mayor Swensen to execute a Local Consent form on behalf of Coalville City for the issuance of a liquor license by the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services to EB5 for the Wohali Manor Building at the Wohali Golf Course. 5. Updates: A. Community Development B. Public Works C. Engineering D. Legal E. Mayor F. Council 6. Review and Possible Approval: Accounts Payable dated July 13, 2026 7. Approval of Minutes: City Council Meeting June 8, 2026, and June 22, 2026 8. Closed Session: Possible motion to enter a closed session for the purchase, exchange, or lease of property; pending or reasonably imminent litigation; the character, professional competence, or the physical or mental health of an individual; or the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems. 9. Adjournment
