- CITY OF NORTH SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE & AGENDA JUNE 16, 2026 7:00 PM Notice is given that the City Council of the City of North Salt Lake will hold a regular session on the above noted date and time or as soon thereafter as possible immediately following the City of North Salt Lake Redevelopment Agency meeting and will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 10 East Center Street, North Salt Lake, Utah. Meetings of the City Council may be conducted via electronic means pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยง52-4-207 as amended. In such circumstances, contact will be established and maintained via electronic means and the meetings will be conducted in accordance with the City's Electronic Meetings Policy. The following items of business will be discussed; the order of business may be changed as time permits: AGENDA ITEMS 1. Introduction by Mayor Brian Horrocks 2. Thought or Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance ~ Councilmember Alisa Van Langeveld 3. Citizen Comment 4. Public Hearing and Consideration of Resolution 2026-22R: A Resolution Adopting Amendments to the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year Budgets 5. Consideration of Resolution 2026-23R: A Resolution Setting the Certified Property Tax Rate for All Property Located Within the City Boundaries for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 6. Consideration of Resolution 2026-24R: A Resolution Amending the City's Comprehensive Fee Schedule Related to Utility Rates and Collections Fees 7. Consideration of Resolution 2026-25R: A Resolution Authorizing the City to 'Pick-Up' the Employee Portion of the Tier 2 Hybrid Public Safety Contribution Rate 8. Consideration of Resolution 2026-26R: A Resolution Adopting the Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 9. Notification of and Public Comment on the Tentative FY27 Budget and Proposed Property Tax Increase by the South Davis Metro Fire Service Area 10. Consideration of Resolution 2026-27R: A Resolution Approving a Cooperative Agreement between the City and the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands 11. Consent Agenda Items: a. Approval of City Council Minutes of June 2, 2026 b. Purchase of a Replacement Irrigation Pump at Legacy Park in the Amount of $29,535 c. Resolution 2026-28R: A Resolution Approving a Contract for Curbside Solid Waste and Recycling Services with Ace Recycling and Disposal 12. Review and Consideration of Landscaping Plans for I-15 Interchanges Located at 2600 South and the Merge of I-215 and I-15 in North Salt Lake 13. Action Items 14. Council Reports 15. Possible closed session for the purpose of discussing the character professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; to discuss the purchase, exchange, sale, or lease of real property; or to discuss the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems.
