- Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Council will hold a regularly scheduled meeting at 6pm on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at the Hooper Municipal Building located at 5580 W 4600 S Hooper, UT 84315. Motion (Roll call vote) - Approval of Resolution No. R-2026-02, Approving the certified tax rate. b. Motion (Roll call vote) - Approval of Resolution No. R-2026-05, Approving the 2026-2027 budget. 5. Adjournment
