- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Olympia Public Infrastructure District No. 1 - 7 Board of Trustees Public Hearing & Joint Public Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF OLYMPIA PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 -7 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON JULY 27, 2026, AT 6461 WEST CRYSTAL PEAK LANE, HERRIMAN, UT 84096 AT 11:00 A.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Pubic Hearing 1. Bond to be issued for PID 2 D. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on July 9, 2026 2. Consider approval of the Quarterly Expenditures E. Action Items 1. Consider accepting the Second Quarter Financial Statements for PID 1 2. Consider approval of the Master Services Agreement and SOW with CLA for PID 2 3 Consider approval of the Forecast Engagement Letter for PID 2 4. Consider approval of the 2026 Tentative Budget for PID 2 5. Consider approval of the Infrastructure Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement between the District and Developer and authorize the District Chair to sign PID 2 6. Consider approval of the Administrative Funding and Reimbursement Agreement between the District and Developer and authorize the District Chair to sign for PID 2 7. Consider approval of the Municipal Advisor Agreement for PID 2 8. Consider approval of Appointment of District Officers F. Administrative Non-Action Items G. Other Items From Board Members H.
