Agenda Roll Call Approval of Minutes June 9, 2026 Work Meeting Business 1 Resolution Approving Urban Deer Control Plan 2 An ordinance amending the General Plan to add the Storm Drain Master Plan. (PLGPA20260193) 3 An ordinance amending the General Plan to update the Wastewater Collection Master Plan. (PLGPA20260191) 4 A resolution attesting to the review of the Municipal Wastewater Planning Program (MWPP) survey for calendar year 2025 in accordance with the Utah Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit. (26-051) 5 A presentation regarding the action plan from the 2026 Growing Water Smart Workshop. 6 An ordinance amending Provo City Code regarding the requirements for an Agricultural Protection Area. (PLOTA20260120) 7 An ordinance amending Provo City parking standards for specific uses and locations. (PLOTA20260080) 8 An ordinance rezoning property at 5450 N Canyon Road from A1.5CH and OSPR to A1.1CHPD, R1.20CHPD, and RACHPD zones. North Timpview Neighborhood. (PLRZ20260115) 9 A discussion on picking up required URS member contributions on behalf of Tier II public safety officers and firefighters. (26-050) Closed Meeting The Municipal Council or the Governing Board of the Redevelopment Agency will consider a motion to close the meeting for the purposes of holding a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and/or to discuss the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of real property, and/or the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual in conformance with 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 et. seq., Utah Code.
