- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RESOLUTION 2026-07-16-a IMPLEMENTATATION OF GRAND WATER AND SEWER SERVICE AGENCY IMPACT FEE FACILITY PLAN (IFFP) AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS (IFA) 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Grand Water and Sewer Service Agency (GWSSA) will hold a public hearing on 7/16/2026, at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, at: The Grand Water & Sewer Service Agency Office 3025 E. Spanish Trail Road, Moab, UT 84532 The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed adoption of the Grand Water and Sewer Service Agency Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and the Impact Fee Analysis (IFA), along with the corresponding Impact Fee Enactment/Resolution. Review of Documents: A copy of the proposed 2026 IFFP, IFA, and the accompanying Impact Fee Enactment/Resolution are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the GWSSA office, or online at www.grandwatersewerut.gov/public-hearing . Public Comments: The public is invited and shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written comments may also be submitted to the GWSSA District Manager at ben@grandwatersewerut.gov or delivered to the GWSSA office prior to 7/16/2026. DATED: 7/7/2026 This meeting will comply with Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act. Those with special needs requests wishing to attend this meeting are encouraged to contact the Agency. Specific accommodations necessary to allow participation of disabled persons will be provided to the maximum extent possible.
