- Wednesday, March 1, 2023 Planning Commission Planning Commission Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting at the City Council Chambers, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 6:30 p.m. on March 1, 2023. Planning Commissioners Todd Mitchell John Mendenhall Shauna Warnick Joseph Earnest Michelle Carroll Michael Clayson SPANISH FORK CITY does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability in the employment or the provision of services. The public is invited to participate in all Spanish Fork City Planning Commission Meetings located at the City Council Chambers, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork. If you need special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the Community Development Office at 801-804-4580. 1. Minutes A. February 1, 2023 2. Zone Change A. MUNOZ ZONE CHANGE. The proposal involves changing the current zone from Residential Office, R-O, and General Commercial, C-2, to General Commercial, C-2, for properties located at approximately 1100 South Main Street. 3. Preliminary Plat A. GLH INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION. The proposal involves Preliminary Plat approval of an industrial subdivision that includes eight industrial lots to be located at approximately 800 West 2700 North. 4. Title 15 Amendments A. TITLE 15 DRC ORGANIZATION. The proposal would amend Title 15 in regard to the organization of the Development Review Committee. B. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS - LANDSCAPING. The proposal involves various amendments to Municipal Code regarding Title 15 landscaping requirements. 5. Concept Review A. HALES CONCEPT. B. VESTA TOWNHOMES. 6. Other Business 7. Adjourn
