PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting at the City Council Chambers, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 6:30 p.m. on March 1, 2023.

2. Zone Change
A. MUNOZ ZONE CHANGE. The proposal involves changing the current zone from Residential Office, R-O, and General Commercial, C-2, to General Commercial, C-2, for properties located at approximately 1100 South Main Street.
3. Preliminary Plat
A. GLH INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION. The proposal involves Preliminary Plat approval of an industrial subdivision that includes eight industrial lots to be located at approximately 800 West 2700 North.
4. Title 15 Amendments
A. TITLE 15 DRC ORGANIZATION. The proposal would amend Title 15 in regard to the organization of the Development Review Committee.
B. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS - LANDSCAPING. The proposal involves various amendments to Municipal Code regarding Title 15 landscaping requirements.
