- NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Glenwood Town Council and to the general public that the Glenwood Town Council will hold a Special Town Council Meeting on Tuesday June 30, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Glenwood Town Hall located at 175 East 300 North, Glenwood, Utah. Glenwood Town Council meetings are open to the public, unless otherwise closed for reasons allowed by law. AGENDA 1. WELCOME/ROLL CALL 2. MOTION TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION - Utah Code 52-4-205 (C) - Purpose of closed Meeting - Strategy Session to Discuss Imminent Litigation 3. CLOSED SESSION - This Portion of the Meeting Will Be Closed to The Public in accordance with The Vote Taken in Item 2. 4. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION 5. ADJOURNMENT I certify that copies of this Notice and Agenda were emailed to the governing body on the 26th day of June, 2026. Posted in three public places and to the Utah Public Notice Website on June 26, 2026. Sharlet R. Udy Clerk/Recorder The Town Council at its discretion may rearrange the order of any item(s) on the agenda., Final action may be taken on any item on the agenda. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Sharlet R. Udy, Town Clerk, at 896-0260 at least 24 hours before the meting. In accordance with State Stature, Council may be two-thirds vote, go into a closed meeting.
