NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Glenwood Town Council and to the general public that the Glenwood Town Council will hold a Special Town Council Meeting on Tuesday June 30, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Glenwood Town Hall located at 175 East 300 North, Glenwood, Utah.
Glenwood Town Council meetings are open to the public, unless otherwise closed for reasons allowed by law.

1. WELCOME/ROLL CALL
2. MOTION TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION - Utah Code 52-4-205 (C) - Purpose of closed Meeting - Strategy Session to Discuss Imminent Litigation
3. CLOSED SESSION - This Portion of the Meeting Will Be Closed to The Public in accordance with The Vote Taken in Item 2.
4. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
5. ADJOURNMENT
