- Administrative Land Use Authority (ALUA) Agenda -July 8th, 2026 - 1:30 pm Providence City Office Building, 164 North Gateway Drive, Providence UT 84332 Persons wishing to comment on agenda items may email their comments to providencecityutah@gmail.com ALUA WORKSHOP ALUA WORKSHOP: The ALUA will be holding a workshop to discuss utilities and services along SR165 between 100 N and 500 S. No formal action will be taken. ALUA MEETING (Starting around 2:00 PM) Call to Order: Skarlet Bankhead, Chair Approval of the Minutes: The Administrative Land Use Authority approved the last meetings minutes via email. Discussion Items: Item No. 1 Pre-Application request: The ALUA will consider a pre-application request to consider a concept plan for a proposed commercial and multi-family development located on the west side of HWY 165 in the general area of 25 N to 100 S. (CONCEPT PLAN) Agenda posted on 6th day of July 2026 Ty Cameron, City Recorder.
