ALUA WORKSHOP: The ALUA will be holding a workshop to discuss utilities and services along SR165 between 100 N and 500 S. No formal action will be taken.

Item No. 1 Pre-Application request: The ALUA will consider a pre-application request to consider a concept plan for a proposed commercial and multi-family development located on the west side of HWY 165 in the general area of 25 N to 100 S. (CONCEPT PLAN)
