- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Mt. Pleasant City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 6:20 p.m. in the Mt. Pleasant City Council Chambers, 115 West Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding the following: Proposed Recreation Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP). Proposed Recreation Impact Fee Analysis (IFA). The proposed adoption of Recreation Impact Fees. Copies of the proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, and supporting documents are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Mt. Pleasant City Office, 106 West Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, Utah, and on the Utah Public Notice Website. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments. Dated this 29th, of June 2026.
