AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Public Hearing previously scheduled for Tuesday, July 14, 2026, regarding the proposed Recreation Impact Fees, has been rescheduled due to the anticipated lack of a quorum of the Mt. Pleasant City Council.
The public hearing will now be held as follows:
Date: Tuesday, July 28, 2026
Time: 6:20 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard)
Location: Mt. Pleasant City Hall Council Chambers
115 West Main Street
Mt. Pleasant, Utah
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed Recreation Impact Fees and any related Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis, as required by Utah law.
Copies of the proposed documents are available for public inspection at the Mt. Pleasant City Recorder's Office during regular business hours and on the Utah Public Notice Website.
