- TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING & PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY JUNE 23, 2026 AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown. Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Mayor Zeb Wignall, Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call. 1. Public Comments a. Discussions/Concerns brought up by community members or council not to be voted on. b. Public Hearing to adopt Fiscal Year 2027 Budget. 2. Discussion and Action Items a. Discussion of hiring Kimball & Roberts to do our next town Audit. b. Job descriptions for Clerk and & Treasurer c. Continued discussion and Vote on Adopting an ordinance regulating Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) d. Continued discussion and Vote on adopting an ordinance regulating Short Term Rentals (STRs). 3. Council Business a. Approval of Minutes from regular meeting on May 19, 2026. b. Approval of Payment of Bills from invoice register 5-20-26 thru 6-23-26 c. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees d. Upcoming Calendar Items 4. Unfinished Business 5.
